A lush, healthy lawn starts with proper soil preparation and premium turf. Our teams handle the whole job: grading, soil conditioning, laying, and the first watering.

We lay weed-free Kentucky Bluegrass and fescue blends grown to cope with Ontario's climate, on tight downtown backyards and big suburban front lawns alike.

What’s included

  • Removal of the old grass and weeds
  • Grading for proper drainage
  • Soil amendment: fertilizer, lime or gypsum, as your soil needs
  • Clay-soil conditioning with organic topsoil
  • Weed-free Kentucky Bluegrass and fescue sod
  • Laid staggered and trimmed, no gaps or overlaps
  • First watering and care instructions

How we do it

4 steps, no shortcuts.

  1. Step 1

    Clear and prepare

The old grass, debris and rocks come out, and the ground is levelled and graded so water runs off.

  2. Step 2

    Amend the soil

Fertilizer and amendments such as lime and gypsum, depending on what your soil needs.

  3. Step 3

    Lay and trim

Rolls go down tight and staggered, then get trimmed to fit, with no gaps or overlaps.

  4. Step 4

    Water and root

First watering on the day. New sod starts rooting in two to three weeks.

“Professional, honest, hard working, reasonably priced and responsive.”
